Solid Decorative Copper Sheet is manufactured from high-purity solid brass (H62/H65) and T2 pure copper – 100% solid metal throughout, no laminated layers, no veneer, no composite substrates. 

Through comprehensive customization capabilities including laser cutting, bending, forging texturing, relief engraving, antique finishing, brushed matte, and mirror polishing, our decorative copper sheets are widely used in high-end feature walls, screen partitions, furniture panels, cabinet doors, countertops, metal trim, hotel curtain walls, and artistic copper sculptures.

Q1: What is the difference between solid copper sheet and copper composite panel?
A: Solid copper sheet is 100% copper throughout – no layers, no lamination. Copper composite panel has a thin copper skin over a core material (usually plastic or aluminum). Solid copper offers superior durability, authentic weight and sound, can be refinished, develops natural patina, and lasts 50+ years. Composite panels can delaminate, sound hollow, and have limited lifespan.

Q2: What material grades do you offer?
A: We offer H62 brass, H65 brass, and T2 pure copper. H62/H65 are brass alloys with excellent formability, while T2 is 99.9% pure copper.

Q3: What thicknesses are available?
A: Standard thicknesses range from 0.5mm to 50mm. Common decorative thicknesses are 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 5.0mm.
